SHIPPING POLICY

All item must be ordered no less than 4 weeks ahead of event date to assure timely deliver.y  Any orders placed less than 2 weeks from event date may incur higher shipping costs and may arrive the day before or the day of the event. 

Unless the items are marked for Free Shipping, all shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Free shipping is regular ground shipping, not expedited. 

Fresh flowers are shipped with expedited shipping to maintain integrity.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our order, please ship back the items within 24 hours of receipt for a refund.  All items must be packed in original packaging and show no signs of use or damage. Order returned after 24 hours from receipt are subject to a partial refund or none.

PAYMENT METHOD

We use PayPal for all our transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal  account, please opt for the credit card option with PayPal. 

For off-line or custom orders: Deposits are 30% at booking. Final Payment is due 2 weeks before the event. Late payments will incur a 10% fee.
