SHIPPING& DELIVERY POLICY
Fresh flowers bouquets not part of any event service are processed differently. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Flower bouquets are made to order, not pre-made.
Fresh flowers are shipped with expedited shipping to maintain integrity.
Rentals and Event design services: All item must be ordered no less than 4 weeks ahead of event date to assure timely deliver.y Any orders placed less than 2 weeks from event date may incur higher shipping costs and may arrive the day before or the day of the event.
Unless the items are marked for Free Shipping, all shipping costs are based on weight and destination. If Free shipping is offered then that will use regular ground shipping methods, not expedited.
If you are not satisfied with our order, please ship back the items within 24 hours of receipt for a refund. All items must be packed in original packaging and show no signs of use or damage. Order returned after 24 hours from receipt are subject to a partial refund or none.
Fresh flowers can not be returned.
Rentals that get damaged while in possession of the client are subject to a fee.
We use PayPal for our transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account, all you need to do is opt for the direct credit card payment option within PayPal.
We do not accept cash payments.
All event service orders require a non-refundable retainer of 30% at booking.
If a client wants to transfer the retainer to a different event a new contract and applicable fee differences will be issued.
Final Payment is due 1 month to 2 weeks before the event. Late payments will incur a 10% fee.
